This nurse explained everything that was going to be done & explained the options when I said I needed pain relief she discussed that with me & the different options if I didn’t want to go through with it as I find that procedure painful. She was very helpful & kind. I don’t think there’s anything that needs to be improved. I’m happy with the care I got
